50:11. గోరెన్ ఆఠదులో జరిగిన భూస్థాపన క్రమాన్ని కనానులో నివసిస్తున్న ప్రజలు చూశారు. వారు “ఆ ఈజిప్టు వాళ్లు ఎంతగా దుఃఖిస్తున్నారో అని చెప్పుకొన్నారు” కనుక ఆ స్థలం ఇప్పుడు ఆబేల్ మిస్రాయిము అని పిలువబడుతుంది.

50:11. ఆ దేశమందు నివసించిన కనానీయులు ఆఠదు కళ్లము నొద్ద ఆ దుఃఖము సలుపుట చూచిఐగుప్తీయులకు ఇది మిక్కటమైన దుఃఖమని చెప్పుకొనిరి గనుక దానికి ఆబేల్‌ మిస్రాయిము అను పేరు పెట్టబడెను, అది యొర్దానునకు అవతల నున్నది.

50:11. When the Canaanites who lived in the land saw them mourning at the threshing floor of Atad, they said, "This is a very sad occasion for the Egyptians." That is why its name was called Abel Mizraim, which is beyond the Jordan.

50:11. The local residents, the Canaanites, watched them mourning at the threshing floor of Atad. Then they renamed that place (which is near the Jordan) Abel-mizraim, for they said, "This is a place of deep mourning for these Egyptians."

50:11. And when the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning in the floor of Atad, they said, This is a grievous mourning to the Egyptians: wherefore the name of it was called Abel-mizraim, which is beyond the Jordan.

50:11. When the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning on the threshing floor of Atad, they said, "This is a grievous mourning by the Egyptians." Therefore the place was named Abel-mizraim; it is beyond the Jordan.

50:11. And when the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, saw the mourning in the floor of Atad, they said, This [is] a grievous mourning to the Egyptians: wherefore the name of it was called Abel-mizraim, which [is] beyond Jordan.

50:11. When the people who lived in Canaan saw the funeral service at Goren Atad, they said, "This is a time of great sorrow for those Egyptians." So now that place across the Jordan River is named Abel Mizraim.
