28:24. భూదిగంతాలకు గల మొత్తం మార్గాన్ని దేవుడు చూస్తాడు గనుక ఆయనకు జ్ఞానం తెలుసు. ఆకాశాల కింద ఉన్న సర్వాన్ని దేవుడే చూస్తాడు.

28:24. ఆయన భూమ్యంతములవరకు చూచుచున్నాడు. ఆకాశము క్రింది దానినంతటిని తెలిసికొనుచున్నాడు.

28:24. For he looks to the ends of the earth and observes everything under the heavens.
