1:12. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ప్రయాసపడి పనిచేయునట్లు ఈజిప్టు వాళ్లు వారిని బలవంతపెట్టారు. కాని పనిలో ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు ఎంతగా బలవంతం చేయబడితే, అంతగా వాళ్లు పెరిగి విస్తరించిపోయారు. కనుక ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలను చూస్తోంటే, ఈజిప్టు వాళ్లు మరింత ఎక్కువగా భయపడిపోయారు.

1:12. అయినను ఐగుప్తీయులు వారిని శ్రమపెట్టినకొలది వారు విస్తరించి ప్రబలిరి గనుక వారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యెడల అసహ్య పడిరి.
