29:4. ఒక రాజు న్యాయంగా ఉంటే, అప్పుడు ఆ రాజ్యం బలంగా ఉంటుంది. కాని రాజు స్వార్థపరుడై ప్రజల కోసం చేసే పనులన్నిటికి వారు అతనికి డబ్బు చెల్లించాల్సి వస్తే, అప్పుడు ఆ దేశం బలహీనంగా ఉంటుంది.

29:4. న్యాయము జరిగించుటవలన రాజు దేశమునకు క్షేమము కలుగజేయును లంచములు పుచ్చుకొనువాడు దేశమును పాడుచేయును.
