7:6. మూర్ఖుల ఇక ఇకలూ పకపకలూ, కుండ కింద చిటపట మండే ముళ్లలా ఉంటాయి. (కుండ వేడైనా ఎక్కకముందే, ఆ ముళ్లు చురచుర మండి పోతాయి.) ఇది కూడా నిష్ర్పయోజనమే.

7:6. ఏలయనగా బానక్రింద చిటపటయను చితుకుల మంట ఎట్టిదో బుద్ధిహీనుల నవ్వు అట్టిదే; ఇదియు వ్యర్థము.

7:6. For like the crackling of quick-burning thorns under a cooking pot, so is the laughter of the fool. This kind of folly also is useless.
