28:20. “అప్పుడు మీకు ఈ కథ అర్థం అవుతుంది: ఒక మనిషి చాల పొట్టి మంచం మీద నిద్రపోయేందుకు ప్రయత్నించాడు. కప్పుకొనేందుకు సరిపడేంత వెడల్పు లేని దుప్పటి అతని దగ్గర ఉంది. మంచం, దుప్పటి నిష్ప్రయోజనమే, మీ ఒడంబడికలు అలాంటివే.”

28:20. పండుకొనుటకు మంచము పొడుగు చాలదు కప్పుకొనుటకు దుప్పటి వెడల్పు చాలదు.

28:20. For the bed is too short to stretch out on, and the blanket is too narrow to wrap around oneself.

28:20. The bed you have made is too short to lie on. The blankets are too narrow to cover you.

28:20. For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it; and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.
