37:26. అని నీవు చెప్పావు. అయితే నేను చెప్పినది నీవు వినలేదా? “అష్షూరు రాజా, దేవుడనైన నేనే ఆ సంగతులను చేశానని నిశ్చయంగా నీవు ఎప్పుడో విన్నావు. చాలాకాలం కిందట నేను అష్షూరును చేశాను. ఇప్పుడు నిన్ను ఇక్కడికి నేనే తీసుకొని వచ్చాను. మిగిలిన ఇతర పట్టణాలను నిన్ను నాశనం చేయనిచ్చాను. నా పనిలో నేనే నిన్ను వాడు కొని, ఆ పట్టణాలను రాళ్ల కుప్పలుగా చేశాను.

37:26. నేనే పూర్వమందే దీని కలుగజేసితిననియు పురాతన కాలమందే దీని నిర్ణయించితిననియు నీకు వినబడలేదా? ప్రాకారములుగల పట్టణములను నీవు పాడు దిబ్బ లుగా చేయుట నా వలననే సంభవించినది.

37:26. Certainly you must have heard! Long ago I worked it out, in ancient times I planned it, and now I am bringing it to pass. The plan is this: Fortified cities will crash into heaps of ruins.

37:26. "But have you not heard? I decided this long ago. Long ago I planned it, and now I am making it happen. I planned for you to crush fortified cities into heaps of rubble.

37:26. Hast thou not heard how I have done it long ago, and formed it of ancient times? now have I brought it to pass, that it should be thine to lay waste fortified cities into ruinous heaps.
