40:11. గొర్రెల కాపరి తన గొర్రెలను నడిపించినట్టు యెహోవా తన ప్రజలను నడిపిస్తాడు. యెహోవా తన హస్తాన్ని (శక్తిని) ఉపయోగించి తన గొర్రెలను ఒక చోట చేరుస్తాడు. గొర్రెపిల్లలను యెహోవా పట్టుకొని వాటిని ఆయన తన చేతుల్లో ఎత్తుకొంటాడు. వాటి తల్లులు ఆయన చెంత నడుస్తాయి.”

40:11. గొఱ్ఱలకాపరివలె ఆయన తన మందను మేపును తన బాహువుతో గొఱ్ఱపిల్లలను కూర్చి రొమ్మున ఆనించుకొని మోయును పాలిచ్చువాటిని ఆయన మెల్లగా నడిపించును.

40:11. Like a shepherd he tends his flock; he gathers up the lambs with his arm; he carries them close to his heart; he leads the ewes along.
