40:22. నిజమైన దేవుడు భూగోళానికి పైగా కూర్చుని ఉంటాడు. ఆయనతో పోల్చి చూస్తే మనుష్యులు మిడతల్లా ఉంటారు. ఆయన ఆకాశాలను బట్ట తెరచినట్టు తెరిచాడు. ఆయన ఆకాశాలను ఒక గుడారంలా దాని కింద కూర్చునేందుకు పరిచాడు.

40:22. ఆయన భూమండలముమీద ఆసీనుడై యున్నాడు దాని నివాసులు మిడతలవలె కనబడుచున్నారు ఒకడు తెరను విప్పినట్లు ఆయన ఆకాశవైశాల్యమును వ్యాపింపజేసెను ఒకడు గుడారము వేసినట్లు ఆయన దానిని నివాస స్థలముగా ఏర్పరచెను.

40:22. He is the one who sits on the earth's horizon; its inhabitants are like grasshoppers before him. He is the one who stretches out the sky like a thin curtain, and spreads it out like a pitched tent.

40:22. God sits above the circle of the earth. The people below seem like grasshoppers to him! He spreads out the heavens like a curtain and makes his tent from them.

40:22. It is he that sitteth above the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in;
