17:10. కాని యెహోవానైన నేను ఒక వ్యక్తి హృదయంలోకి సూటిగా చూడగలను. వ్యక్తి మనస్సును నేను పరీక్షించగలను. అందువల్ల ఎవ్వరెవ్వరికి ఏమేమి కావాలో నేను నిర్ణయించగలను. ప్రతి వ్యక్తికీ వాని పనికి తగిన జీతభత్యం నేను ఇవ్వగలను.

17:10. ఒకని ప్రవర్తననుబట్టి వాని క్రియల ఫలముచొప్పున ప్రతి కారము చేయుటకు యెహోవా అను నేను హృదయ మును పరిశోధించువాడను, అంతరింద్రియములను పరీ క్షించువాడను.
