1:22. “నా శత్రువుల దుష్టత్వం నీ ముందు ప్రకటితమవ్వనిమ్ము. నా పాపాలకు నీవు నన్ను శిక్షించినట్లు, అప్పుడు వారి దుష్టత్వానికి వారిని శిక్షించుము. పొంగిన ధుఃఖంతో ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా నేను మూల్గుతున్నాను. అందువల్ల నీవు ఇది చెయ్యి. నా హృదయం కృంగి కృశించినందున నీవు ఈ పని చెయ్యి.”

1:22. వారు చేసిన దుష్కార్యములన్నియు నీ సన్నిధినుండును నేను బహుగా నిట్టూర్పులు విడుచుచున్నాను నా మనస్సు క్రుంగిపోయెను నేను చేసిన అపరాధములన్నిటినిబట్టి నీవు నాకు చేసినట్లు వారికి చేయుము.

1:22. Let all their wickedness come before you; afflict them just as you have afflicted me because of all my acts of rebellion. For my groans are many, and my heart is sick with sorrow.&u05D0; (Alef)
