14:8. “ఎఫ్రాయిమూ, విగ్రహాలతో ఇక నీకెంత మాత్రమూ పనిలేదు. నీ ప్రార్థనలు ఆలకించేది నేనే నిన్ను కాపాడేది నేనే. నేను నిరంతరం పచ్చగానుండే మీ ఫలము నానుండి వస్తుంది.”

14:8. ఎఫ్రాయిమూ బొమ్మలతో నాకిక నిమిత్తమేమి? నేనే ఆలకించుచున్నాను, నేనే ఎఫ్రాయిమునుగూర్చి విచారణ చేయుచున్నాను, నేను చిగురుపెట్టు సరళవృక్షమువంటి వాడను, నావలననే నీకు ఫలము కలుగును.

14:8. O Ephraim, I do not want to have anything to do with idols anymore! I will answer him and care for him. I am like a luxuriant cypress tree; your fruitfulness comes from me!

14:8. "O Israel, stay away from idols! I am the one who answers your prayers and cares for you. I am like a tree that is always green; all your fruit comes from me."

14:8. Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have answered, and will regard him: I am like a green fir-tree; from me is thy fruit found.
