3:9. అన్యజనులకు ఈ సమాచారము ప్రకటనచేయుడి యుద్ధము ప్రతిష్ఠించుడి, బలాఢ్యులను రేపుడి, యోధు లందరు సిద్ధపడి రావలెను.

3:9. Proclaim this among the nations: "Prepare for a holy war! Call out the warriors! Let all these fighting men approach and attack!

3:9. Say to the nations far and wide: "Get ready for war! Call out your best warriors. Let all your fighting men advance for the attack.
