5:6. యెహోవా దరిచేరి జీవించండి. మీరు యెహోవా వద్దకు వెళ్లకపోతే యోసేపు (పదివంశాలవారు) ఇంటిమీద నీప్పు పడుతుంది. ఆ అగ్ని యోసేపు ఇంటిని దగ్ధం చేస్తుంది. బేతేలులో చెలరేగిన ఆ అగ్నిని ఎవ్వరు ఆపలేరు.

5:6. యెహోవాను ఆశ్రయించుడి; అప్పుడు మీరు బ్రదుకు దురు, ఆశ్రయింపనియెడల బేతేలులో ఎవరును ఆర్పి వేయలేకుండ అగ్ని పడినట్లు ఆయన యోసేపు సంతతిమీద పడి దాని నాశనముచేయును.

5:6. Seek the LORD so you can live! Otherwise he will break out like fire against Joseph's family; the fire will consume and no one will be able to quench it and save Bethel.

5:6. Come back to the LORD and live! Otherwise, he will roar through Israel like a fire, devouring you completely. Your gods in Bethel won't be able to quench the flames.

5:6. Come to the Lord and live. If you don't go to him, a fire will start at Joseph's house, and no one in Bethel can stop it.
