3:2. యెహోవా, నిన్ను గూర్చిన వార్త విన్నాను. యెహోవా, పూర్వం నీవు చేసిన శక్తివంతమైన పనుల విషయంలో నేను విస్మయం చెందాను. అట్టి గొప్ప పనులు మా కాలంలో జరిపించమని నేను నిన్ను వేడుకుంటున్నాను. ఆ పనులు మాకాలంలోనే జరిపించమని నేను ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను. కాని నీ ఆవేశంలో (ఉద్రేకం) మా పట్ల కరుణ చూపటం గుర్తుపెట్టుకొనుము.

3:2. యెహోవా, నిన్నుగూర్చిన వార్త విని నేను భయ పడుచున్నాను యెహోవా, సంవత్సరములు జరుగుచుండగా నీ కార్యము నూతన పరచుము సంవత్సరములు జరుగుచుండగా దానిని తెలియజేయుము కోపించుచునే వాత్సల్యమును జ్ఞాపకమునకు తెచ్చు కొనుము.

3:2. LORD, I have heard the report of what you did; I am awed, LORD, by what you accomplished. In our time repeat those deeds; in our time reveal them again. But when you cause turmoil, remember to show us mercy!

3:2. I have heard all about you, LORD. I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by. And in your anger, remember your mercy.
