9:7. అతనితో, “వెళ్ళి, సిలోయం కోనేట్లో కడుక్కో!” అని అన్నాడు. సిలోయం అన్న పదానికి అర్థం ‘పంపబడిన వాడు’. ఆ గ్రుడ్డివాడు వెళ్ళి తన కళ్ళు కడుక్కున్నాడు. అతనికి దృష్టి వచ్చాక తిరిగి వచ్చాడు.

9:7. నీవు సిలోయము కోనేటికి వెళ్లి అందులో కడుగు కొనుమని చెప్పెను. సిలోయమను మాటకు పంపబడిన వాడని అర్థము. వాడు వెళ్లి కడుగుకొని చూపు గలవాడై వచ్చెను.
