10:16. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలు ఆ అన్యదేవతలను పారవేశారు. వారు మరల యెహోవాను ఆరాధించటం మొదలు పెట్టారు. కనుక వారు శ్రమపడుతున్నప్పుడు యెహోవా వారిని చూచి సంతాపపడ్డాడు.

10:16. యెహోవాను సేవింపవలెనని తమ మధ్యనుండి అన్యదేవతలను తొల గింపగా, ఆయన ఆత్మ ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు కలిగిన దురవస్థను చూచి సహింపలేక పోయెను.
