16:24. సమ్సోనుని చూడగానే వారు తమ దేవుణ్ణి ప్రశంసించారు. వారు ఇలా అన్నారు: “ఈ మనిషి మనవారిని నాశనం చేశాడు ఈ మనిషి మనవారిలో పలువురిని చంపాడు, కాని మన దేవుడు మన శత్రువుని వశం చేసుకునేందుకు సహాయం చేశాడు!”

16:24. జనులు సమ్సో నును చూచినప్పుడుమన దేశమును పాడుచేసినవాడును మనలో అనేకులను చంపినవాడునైన మన శత్రువుని మన దేవత మన చేతి కప్పగించియున్నదని చెప్పుకొనుచు తమ దేవతను స్తుతించిరి.
