2:16. అప్పుడు యెహోవా న్యాయమూర్తులు అనే నాయకులను ఏర్పాటు చేశాడు. ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజల ఆస్తులను తీసుకున్న శత్రువులనుండి వారిని ఈ నాయకులు రక్షించారు.

2:16. ఆ కాలమున యెహోవా వారికొరకు న్యాయాధి పతులను పుట్టించెను. వీరు దోచుకొనువారి చేతిలోనుండి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను రక్షించిరి. అయితే వారు ఇంక న్యాయాధిపతుల మాట వినక

2:16. The LORD raised up leaders who delivered them from these robbers.
