27. ఏలీయా మాట్లాడటం పూర్తి చేసిన తరువాత అహాబు చాలా ఖిన్నుడయాడు. తన విచారానికి సూచనగా తన బట్టలు చింపుకున్నాడు. తరువాత విచారసూచకంగా ప్రత్యేకమైన బట్టలు ధరించాడు. అహాబు భోజనం మానేశాడు. ఆ ప్రత్యేకమైన బట్టలతోనే నిద్రపోయాడు. అహాబు బహు దుఃఖంతో మిక్కిలి కలతచెందాడు.
