11. జనుల ప్రధానులు లంచము పుచ్చుకొని తీర్పు తీర్చుదురు, వారి యాజకులు కూలికి బోధింతురు, ప్రవక్తలు ద్రవ్యము కొరకు సోదె చెప్పుదురు; అయినను వారు, యెహోవాను ఆధారము చేసికొని యెహోవా మన మధ్యనున్నాడు గదా, యే కీడును మనకు రానేరదని యనుకొందురు.

11. యెరూషలేములో న్యాయాధిపతులు రహస్యంగా లంచాలు తీసుకుంటారు. వారలా చేసి న్యాయస్థానంలో తమ తీర్పు ఇస్తారు. ప్రజలకు బోధించే ముందు యెరూషలేము యాజకులకు వేతనం చెల్లించాలి. ప్రవక్తలు భవిష్యత్తులోకి చూసే ముందు ప్రజలు వారికి డబ్బు చెల్లించాలి. అప్పుడా నాయకులు, “మనకు ఏరకమైన కీడూరాదు! యెహోవా మనపట్ల ఉన్నాడు!” అని అంటారు.
