14. శేషించినవారు బిగ్గరగా ఉత్సాహధ్వని చేయుదురు యెహోవా మహాత్మ్యమునుబట్టి సముద్రతీరమున నున్న వారు కేకలువేయుదురు.

14. విడిచి పెట్టబడిన ప్రజలు కేకలు వేయటం మొదలు పెడ్తారు. ప్రజలు సముద్ర ఘోషకంటె గట్టిగా కేకలు వేస్తారు యెహోవా గొప్పతనంవల్ల ప్రజలు సంతోషిస్తారు.
