46. యోర్దాను నదికి తూర్పు వైపున వారు ఉన్నప్పుడు బేత్‌పయోరు అవతల లోయలో మోషే వారికి ఈ ఆజ్ఞలు యిచ్చాడు. హెప్బోనులో నివసించిన అమోరీయుల రాజైన సీహోను దేశంలో అప్పుడు వారు ఉన్నారు. (వారు ఉజిప్టునుండి బయటకు వచ్చినప్పుడు మోషే, ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలూ సీహోనును ఓడించారు.
